CallQuo
Verified patient calls for dental practices across the United States.
CallQuo runs advertising that prompts patients to call about implants, full-arch treatment, veneers and clear aligners. Each call goes live to one practice, and the practice pays only for calls that meet a published standard. CallQuo is launching and enrolling its first pilot practices.
Services
What CallQuo does
Advertising, call routing and verification run as one system, so a practice's phone rings with patients asking about the treatment it offers.
Patient-call advertising
Search and social campaigns run under CallQuo's own consumer brand and follow platform healthcare rules. Each practice approves its ads before they run.
Live routing
A short recorded check confirms the procedure and ZIP code. The call then rings through live to one practice inside its service radius and answering hours.
Verified calls
Every call is recorded, timed and reviewed within 24 hours. Practices can dispute a call within 72 hours, and failed calls are replaced.
Prepaid call blocks
Practices fund a call balance by card and calls debit it. There are no invoices, and undelivered calls are refundable after 90 days.
The standard
What counts as a verified call
Inbound and unique
Generated by CallQuo's campaigns, from a caller who hasn't called in the previous 30 days.
Long enough to matter
Connected to the practice for at least 120 seconds for implants and full-arch, or 90 seconds for veneers and aligners.
Inside the service radius
Calls are routed by location, so out-of-area callers never reach the practice.
The right enquiry
The caller asks about the contracted procedure for themselves or a family member.
Not noise
Not a solicitation, wrong number, existing patient, job seeker or insurance-only question.
Recorded and reviewed
Timestamped and reason-coded by the quality team within 24 hours. A call that fails the standard is replaced with another call.

Compliance
How CallQuo handles patients and data
- Patients call CallQuo. Implant, full-arch and veneer campaigns are inbound only, with no cold calls and no text follow-ups.
- Callers hear that the call may be recorded before it connects.
- Landing pages state that CallQuo is a marketing service connecting callers with local licensed dentists who pay for advertising.
- Phone menus and forms collect no clinical details, and no caller data goes to ad platforms beyond the call event.
- Each practice approves its ads and offers in writing before they run.
- Every call goes to one practice and is never resold.
